Project Manager

We are looking for an outstanding persons to our Salt Square team. They will strengthen our team working on a special, certainly original and unusual projects.

What will you do in our company?

  • you will coordinate the development of design and software solutions, taking full ownership of the process if needed,
  • you will motivate, support and guide your team,
  • you will take part in creating  of user stories and other lean documentation,
  • you will look for improvements and questioning status quo, to the point of creating new processes and adjustments,
  • you have to be ready to deal with unpredictable cases and come up with the best solutions,
  • you will be a mentor for your team.

What we expect from you?

  • you should have at least one year experience in managing IT projects,
  • you have to have an excellent command of written and spoken English
  • you have to know and have an experience in working with Agile and Scrum methodologies,
  • you must be familiar with the agile project managment tools (JIRA or others),
  • you must have really good communicative skills,
  • you must have a really big passion for new technologies.

What more would we welcome?

  • it would be nice if you would have at least basic knowledge in programming,
  • we will appreciate your selling skills,
  • in the future we would like to have you as a partner and shareholder in our own projects; it would be great if you would be interested in it.
